Refund Policy

I hope you are happy with the Eco-Clobber you have ordered. If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a return or exchange. You will then have a further 14 days to return the item.

Damaged/Faulty Items: In the rare event that items arrive damaged, faulty or incomplete, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt so that I can resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible. Please include photographs of damaged or defective items where possible.

To request a return, contact [email protected], and I will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items must be returned in the same condition that you received them – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Underwear, custom-made or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty. However, please get in touch if you have any problems, and I will see what I can do.

The refund will cover your order amount including original shipping costs up to the standard rate. Where only part of an order is returned, shipping costs may not be refunded. Unless damaged or faulty, the cost of returning the item is not covered.

Important: Please contact me first before returning any items. Items returned to my office address without authorisation cannot be refunded.
